ZerO km/h Thinking

We have build a world for fast moving cars. Some clubs just love it. Other clubs question the fast world with 5 to 30 km/h thinking. They argue that our 50 to 90 km/h regimes create a lot of speed-refugees at the borders of the road. These outcasts need to be dressed up with reflecting life jackets while they wait for separate sidewalks and cycle paths. Or for safer speed regimes on the main road. While these rescue missions are very important, they tend to forget the importance of "ZerO km/h thinking". Shouldn't we go more ZerO? Read further and get inspired by the images.
